At the beginning of my career, I worked as a teller at one of the local banks in my country. Later I was promoted and become the branch manager, a position I held for more than 13 years. I cherish the time that I spent working in the banking industry.

However, I developed some unhealthy habits. They included eating fast foods and sitting at the office for long periods without taking a walk. Fortunately, one day I decided to make a significant change in my lifestyle. I came up with the idea that “you are what you eat” or “you are what you think and act “.

The result is that I focused on eating healthy food, taking regular walks and following a mixed dietary system that is based on the best protein, good carbs, and healthy fat. I call it Keto-like diet, which I would like to share with you.
